Around The World Bakery is excited to welcome local makers, creators, artists, and small businesses to apply for our upcoming vendor opportunities! We are proud to create community-focused markets, and we’re currently accepting applications for our event listed below.Spaces are limited, so apply soon to be part of the fun!
Market Details
Location: Around The World Bakery 1124 Washington Avenue, Waco, TX. Event Date & Time: Summer Market Kick Off– Saturday, May 30th | 12-4PM Set-up must be completed by 11:30AM. We will provide layout details and parking instructions prior to the event.
Vendor Fee Options
$30 – 6-foot Table Space (outdoor, must bring your own table/chairs) $40 – 10x10 Tent Space (must bring tent, tables, weights; electricity not provided) $60- Food Trucks (must provide their own generator; electricity not included) Note: This is an outdoor event. Please plan accordingly and bring proper weights and weather protection for your setup.
Important Information for Vendors
1.Vendors must be set up and ready by 11:30AM. 2. You must have someone at your booth at all times. 3. Please bring all your own setup items (table, tent, weights, signage, decor, etc.). 4. A vendor layout map will be shared in advance. After unloading, please move your vehicle to the designated vendor parking area. 5. Once accepted, payment must be made within 2 days to reserve your spot. In the event of hazardous weather, vendors will be notified. You may reschedule, receive a refund, or transfer your fee to a future event. 6. Food vendors are responsible for having all necessary permits and licenses. Marketing Support
We’ll be promoting the event across our social media platforms and encourage all vendors to share event posts with friends, family, and followers. Each confirmed vendor will receive a spotlight post you can share on your page.
