  • All vendors must supply their own table(s) and are responsible for their set up and take down. The MJ Memorial board is not responsible for any broken, missing or stolen merchandise. Vendors must provide their own way of selling their goods to the public. 

    If you plan on using a pop up tent at the event, all 4 tent legs MUST be weighted down. 

    Vendor Fees are $65 for 1 table OR $120 for 2 or more tables. If you plan on bringing a trailer for selling items out of, please directly contact the MJ Memorial Board members to discuss the amount of space needed. 

    100% of the vendor fee proceeds go towards supporting the MJ Memorial Barrel Race and are non-refundable.
