General Session Practical Checklist

Use this Session Practical Checklist, with the designated protocol to conduct a final Massage Envy session practical. All line items included in the checklist below should follow the protocol guidelines for the assessed service. After the Service Provider has completed their practice session, the evaluator (Manager, Lead Therapist, Franchisee, etc must facilitate the final practical and complete the checklist below. During the final practical, it is recommended a Lead Service Provider receives the service and the evaluator (Manager, Lead Therapist, Franchisee, etc observes.

7. Calls time to indicate the end of hands-on time
8. Sets expectations for after the service - E.g. 5 minutes to redress, Service Provider will return for session debrief and future treatment/product recommendations
