Stock up on some of the most delicious pork that is humanely raised on our farm. We raise our pigs on pasture (weather permitting) and supplement their feed with non-gmo, corn & soy free feed made in Montana. No antibiotics, hormones, medications, or GMOs! We feed our pigs the best of the best so you can count on the highest quality pork for yourself and your family.
We started raising piglets in 2023 for our family and have had many customers reach out asking us about raising pork for them as well. It's not an easy task but we take pride in the work we do, raising these pigs with the best feed, on land that is not sprayed with pesticides or herbicides, and fertilizing with compost from our farm.
The price for a hog is $5/lb hanging weight. You are responsible for the processing fees. Hanging weight is the weight of the carcass after slaughter, but before butchering. We are anticipating the average hanging weights for a whole hog to be approximately 260 lbs. The final cuts weight is roughly 70% of the hanging weight.
Whole Hog Example
260 lbs. hanging weight x $4.50/lb + $260 processing = $1,070 (roughly 180 lbs. finished cuts)
Tenderloin: 2 lbs
Loin/Chops: 24 lbs
Bacon: 18-20 lbs
Ribs: 6 lbs
Roasts (Shoulder, Picnic, etc.): 24 lbs
Sausage: 12 lbs
Ham: 30 lbs
Smoked Hocks: 10 lbs
Ground pork, spare ribs, pork shanks, etc.
The processing cost is variable and you get to personally select which cuts you would like. We estimate the cost to be around $400 for a whole hog. The pork will be available late spring and can be picked up directly from Eagle Meats in Columbia Falls, Montana.
If you'd like to get on our 2026 pork list, please fill out the form below. You will be invoiced for the deposit ($200/half or $400/whole the hog). Deposits will be due September 15th, 2025. This year we will be offering a payment plan for the hanging weight of the pig - if this interests you, please let us know.
