  • Jackson County 4-H General Project Sponsorship Form

    Plans are underway for the Jackson County Fair!  A major part of that preparation is to secure funds and sponsorship for our 4-H awards. All Overall Champion and Reserve Champion award winners will receive a plate. The award name and sponsor will be printed on the plates. if you have paid by June 16, 2025.  The cost of each award plate this year is $8. When you pick a project area to sponsor, you will be sponsoring both the Overall Grand Champion and Overall Reserve Champion for a total sponsorship of $16 in each project area chosen.  You will also have the ability to select volunteer opportunities within the General Project area.

    All 4-H General Project areas are sorted according to when projects are judged and then alphabetically in the following pages. Each award can only be selected once and will be on a first come first serve basis.

    Please select which project area awards you would like to sponsor in each category by checking the boxes next to each award.

    1. Then and click the bottom right blue "sponsor more awards" button to go to the next project page until you reach the "complete invoicing information" button.
    2. There will be a page at the end to collect your invoicing information and then a green "submit sponsoship selections" button.
    3. We will send an invoice via email or mail after we have been notified of your selections. Please pay the invoice by June 16, 2025 to solidify your name is printed on the banner. 

    NOTE: If any of the award(s) you sponsored do not have any entries, Jackson County Extension 4-H staff will put your sponsorship towards other Jackson County 4-H program needs at the County Fair.

    By selecting the following volunteer opportunities, you are indicating you are willing and available to help.  Your name and contact information will be given to our staff and event leaders.  They will assign you a job or they will let you know they have everything covered.  Selections will be determined by July 1st so you can adjust your schedule if needed.

  • General Project Judging Day takes place on Monday, July 28, 2025-  12:00-7:00 p.m.

  • BLUE BUILDING HELP

    By selecting the following volunteer opportunities, you are indicating you are willing and available to help promote the Jackson County 4-H program. You do not need to be an expert, we simply ask that you have some knowledge of 4-H, and that you are friendly and welcoming to those who want to learn more. The staff will make sure the 4-H table is full of resources.  You can share your story or help point them in the right direction of who might know more.
