Vendor and Tabling Application
Thank you for your interest in vending or tabling during the OutHudson Pride Parade on Saturday, June 20, 2026! If approved, you will be cleared to setup starting at 1pm at Promenade Hill Park in a designated area. The parade will be over by 3pm and you may stay until 5pm. Please fill out the brief form below to share relevant details and request specific types of support from OutHudson. The deadline to submit is May 15, 2026.

Do you need anything from OutHudson? We may or may not be able to provide supplies, but we'd love to help! You are responsible for your own table, signage, chairs, and umbrella, if you need it.
Please indicate which group you represent. To support OutHudson Pride, if approved, we will request the following donation to be made via: https://square.link/u/3jvEhmXG. The Parade is "rain or shine". If you decide to no longer vend or table the day-of due to the weather, your donation will be non-refundable.
