Welcome to the International Sports Alliance (ISA) Grievance & Arbitration portal. This questionnaire allows athletes to report mistreatment, unfair practices, or unsafe conditions in a secure and anonymous way. All submissions are stored in a secure, encrypted database and reviewed anonymously by the International Sports Alliance Grievances and Arbitration Panel (ISAGAP)—an independent third-party arbitration group. Your identity will remain protected unless you choose to share your contact details. If you would like ISA to follow up with support, advice, or a possible resolution, please ensure you include your contact information in the form. If no contact information is submitted, your case will still be reviewed, but we will not be able to contact you directly. Filed cases will be published (anonymously) in our monthly newsletter, showcasing the most recent grievances currently under review by ISAGAP.
