SIMCHA CONVENTION
Simcha BBYO #5003 is having our very own Chapter Convention! Join Simcha from Friday, May 1 at 5:00pm to Sunday, May 3 at 10:30am for a weekend of fun, bonding, and community building! Separates, song circle, electives, and onegs await at Simcha's very own chapter convention!

Simcha's Chapter Convention will be taking place at an AirBnB house in Brampton, Ontario (approx. 30 minutes from Vaughan - the address will be shared with registered participants only) and we are able to arrange carpools for anyone who needs them! Participants should arrive at the AirBnb in Brampton on Friday between 5:00-5:15pm and depart on Sunday at 10:30am.

Simcha's Chapter Convention is open to all members of Simcha BBYO #5003. The cost is $130 and includes overnight accommodations🛏️, meals🍽️, programming👾, entertainment🎭, staffing👨‍🦳, supplies✏️, and more. The registration deadline is Wednesday April 29th but space is limited and we expect a sell-out, so be sure to register soon to save your spot! Best of all, payments are fully refundable until Wednesday, April 29, 2026 for any reason.

Participant information, including a suggested packing list and emergency contact information, will be sent by email to registered participants and parents approximately one week prior to the convention.

We never want finances to be a barrier to a participation. Scholarship support is available for any teen who needs it. To apply, simply register and then complete the Scholarship Application within 48 hours.
