Simcha BBYO #5003 is having our very own Chapter Convention! Join Simcha from Friday May 2nd to Sunday May 4th for a weekend of fun, bonding, and community building! Separates, song circle, electives, and onegs await at Simcha's very own chapter convention!

Simcha's Chapter Convention will be taking place at an AirBnB house in Pickering, Ontario (approx. 30 minutes from Vaughan - the address will be shared with registered participants only) and we are able to arrange carpools for anyone who needs them! Participants should arrive at the AirBnb in Pickering on Friday between 5:00-5:15pm and depart on Sunday at 10:30am.

Simcha's Chapter Convention is open to all members of Simcha BBYO #5003. The cost is $140 and includes accommodations🛏️, and all meals🍽️, programming👾, entertainment🎭, staffing👨‍🦳, supplies✏️, and more. The registration deadline is Sunday April 27th but space is limited and we expect a sell-out, so be sure to register soon to save your spot! Best of all, payments are fully refundable until Sunday, April 27, 2025 for any reason.

Participant information, including a suggested packing list and emergency contact information, will be sent by email to registered participants and parents approximately one week prior to the convention.

Partial scholarships are available based on need and vary subject to the availability of funds. To apply for scholarship assistance, please register for the convention and then complete the Scholarship Application.
