NOTE: All sponsorship payments must be received by September 30, 2025. Sponsorship payments received after September 30, 2025 may not be eligible for all pre-event promotions.

Note: You and any individual listed in the Sponsorship Registration form should not register with the MED Week 2025 Eventbrite platform. The sponsorship registration form completes the entire registration process for all sponsor MED Week activities and indviduals listed in the form.
