    Step 2: Submit payment for your sponsorship.             

    NOTE: All sponsorship payments must be received by September 30, 2025.  Sponsorship payments received after September 30, 2025 may not be eligible for all pre-event promotions. 

    Step 3: Look for confirmation emails and RSVPs for MED Week Events.

    Note: You and any individual listed in the Sponsorship Registration form should not register with the MED Week 2025 Eventbrite platform.  The  sponsorship registration form completes the entire registration process for all sponsor MED Week activities and indviduals listed in the form.

  • 8. Will your company be participating in the MED Week Business Fair on Monday, October 20, 2025? Each table will have two chairs; however, you may have more than two guests.*
