Coordinate filming days including logistics, gear setup, and on-site support to ensure smooth execution.

Collaborate with our content strategist and video editor to plan shots, transitions, and scenes in alignment with content goals.

Provide creative input on storytelling, pacing, and visual style to elevate overall video quality.

Capture high-quality audio and visuals with attention to lighting, framing, and background setup.

Assist in post-production with rough cuts, time-stamping, footage reviews, and implementing feedback.

Stay on top of trends in video formats, editing styles, and social-first content to help our videos stand out.

Help organize and archive footage for easy access and future repurposing.

Proven experience filming and producing video content (camera, lighting, sound, etc.)

Working knowledge of video editing (you don’t have to be the final editor but must understand the process)

Strong understanding of what performs well on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

Highly organized with great attention to detail and follow-through

Comfortable managing filming logistics and providing creative direction

Ability to think on your feet and adapt during shoots

Tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or similar editing software
