Position Summary
Rafat General Contracting is seeking dependable and experienced Skilled Construction Labourers to support our civil construction, roadwork, and site servicing operations (OUTDOOR WORK). This role involves a wide range of responsibilities including material handling, concrete and asphalt work, excavation support, grading, demolition, and general site duties. Labourers work closely with operators, foremen, and trades to keep projects running safely and efficiently in both summer and winter conditions.We are looking for physically capable, safety-focused individuals with strong construction knowledge who can work independently and as part of a crew in fast-paced environments..
