Self-Serve Refund Form

Refund's are assessed case-by-case and must be within 30 days of purchasing and in line with our website terms refund policy. *Please note: If you choose to initiate a chargeback dispute instead of following our refund process, your payment is held by Stripe and we are unable to release it to you. We will be obliged to follow the normal bank dispute process, a process which can take up to 90 days. To avoid unnecessary delays, please do not attempt to circumvent our refund process or fail to attend the 10 minute feedback call.
