    There will be a strict cap at 48 total Trainers. A waiting list will be formed when capacity is met. Trainers who have registered, but not submitted valid documents to enter the tournament, will be dropped on June 1, 2025.

    in DFW?

    Eclipse Cards and Hobby in North Richland Hills, Texas, is hosting the 3rd DFW-Pokemon TCG Invitational for the 1st and 2nd Quarter 2025 Seasons. 

    This will be an all-age trainers' tournament. All trainers will be in one age bracket and compete as a whole group with no split in age division. 

     

    To qualify, you must have:

    (1)TCG Cup Top 4 placement or (1)TCG Challenge Win(1st place)Or *NEW* Day 2 at any Regional, National, or Country Special Event world wide.

    In Addition, the tournament must be won in Tarrant, Dallas County, or any Contiguous county.
    These counties include: Wise, Denton, Collin, Rockwall, Kaufman, Ellis, Johnson, or Parker Counties

    You will be required to show proof of this win. You will do this by logging into your Pokémon Play! account and screenshotting 2 Pages.

    1) Tournament Information: Shows location and Date. Valid tournament dates are between January 1, 2025, and May 31, 2025. 1st and 2nd quarter 2025 Seasons.

    Instructions on how to find these required pages are detailed on the next pages and must be submitted before completing the final payment for the Tournament. If proper documentation is not received, you will not be entered into the tournament, and a refund will be issued. You will be contacted via email to resubmit your registration and documents before you are dropped from the event.

    Cost:
    $40 Masters w/DFW Qualifying Cup or Challenge win(see above county requirements)
    $25 Jr and Senior DFW Qualifying Cup or Challenge win 

    $10 Last Chance Qualifiers LCQ- Monday June 2nd. Top 2 get and invite.

    Deck Lists:
    All deck lists must be handwritten and completed on the Current Official Pokémon deck list sheet or printed using the RK9.com website.

    Deck lists not submitted by 8:45am on the tournament day will result in a drop from the tournament, and no refund will be issued.

    (Come with your decklist made or printed.)

    Deck lists will be due physically on-site on the day of the tournament.

    Swiss Round Best 2 of 3: 55 min rounds

    Top Cut 8 players Single elimination, Best of 3: 75 min rounds

    1st: $500 and Champion Mat+ (5)Invitational Chips

    2nd: $250 Top 4 Mat+(1)Invitational Chip

    3rd-4th: $100+ Top 4 Mat+(1)Invitational Chip

    5th-8th: $50+(1)Invitational Chip

    All Trainers will receive an Exclusive Custom DFW-TCG Invitational Chip + one (1) Pack at entry +(1)Pack per win for Swiss rounds

     

  • Additional Registration and Last Chance Qualifier(LCQ)

    If the registration cap is not met by 5/23/25: Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ) tournament will be held on Monday 6/2/25, 2025 at Eclipse Cards and Hobby@ 7:30pm, no deck list will be required. Rounds will depend of the number of trainers. Tournament cost will be $10 and the top 2 Competitors will be eligible to register for the tournament. Additional Registration will open May 16, 2025 @7pm-June 6, 2025@10pm. Any remaining spot will be open to qualified Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Mexico Pokémon TCG trainers. These trainers must have a qualifying tournament win in any of the listed states.
  • Card Regulation

    All cards must be in Standard format. In addition, this tournament will include the newest set DESTINED RIVALS which will help trainers prepare for NAIC the following week. Please contact the organizer, Tia via email lkm0081@gmail.com with any comments or concerns.

        • Terms and Conditions:

          All players must have a valid Pokémon Play! number to enter the tournament. All players are subject to random deck checks at any time during the tournament. All Pokémon tournament rules and statutes will be in effect. Any player who breaks official Pokémon or Eclipse store rules may be subject to disqualification from the tournament without refund and removal, or up to being banned from the store. Every trainer will be held accountable for their actions and will be held to the highest standards at this event. 

          Players have until May 31, 2025, at 11:59 pm, to drop from the tournament to receive a full refund. No refunds for late arrival or no-show will be given.

          Prize money will be allotted to the top-performing trainers in each division.

          No selling of personal cards from person to person will be allowed inside the Eclipse cards and hobby store. Trading is perfectly acceptable.
