SPONSOR ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT By signing below and submitting payment, the Sponsor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions contained within this Sponsorship Agreement. The Sponsor confirms that they have selected one of the following sponsorship packages: □ COMMUNITY SPONSOR – Starting at $250 □ CULTURE SPONSOR – Starting at $500 □ PREMIER SPONSOR – Starting at $1,000 The Sponsor further acknowledges and agrees that: • They have reviewed the entire Sponsorship Agreement prior to submitting payment. • They understand the benefits and obligations associated with their selected sponsorship package. • All sponsorship fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. • No refunds will be issued for cancellation, non-attendance, failure to provide required materials by the stated deadline, failure to participate in promotional opportunities, schedule changes, weather-related interruptions, or any other reason unless otherwise required by applicable law. • Sponsorship benefits are contingent upon the Sponsor providing all required logos, banners, marketing materials, and business information by June 11, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST. • Sponsors receiving interview opportunities are responsible for coordinating a time with Network Collaboration Films LLC prior to the event. By signing below, the Sponsor certifies that they are authorized to enter into this Agreement on behalf of themselves and/or their business and agree to be bound by all terms contained herein.

THE PATH WE TAKE PODCAST&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT & PACKAGE SELECTION FORM&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;This Sponsorship Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between:&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Network Collaboration Films LLC&#13;&#10;700 Narragansett Park Drive, Suite 100&#13;&#10;Pawtucket, RI 02861&#13;&#10;(401) 237-5777&#13;&#10;Email: networkcollaborationfilms@gmail.com&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Represented by:&#13;&#10;Jeffrey Estiverne&#13;&#10;Producer, The Path We Take Podcast&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;EVENT INFORMATION&#13;&#10;Event&#13;&#10;Haiti vs. Scotland World Cup Fan Zone Cultural Celebration&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Date&#13;&#10;June 13, 2026&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Location&#13;&#10;Downtown Providence, Rhode Island&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Purpose&#13;&#10;To celebrate and showcase Haitian culture through food, music, business, entertainment, and community engagement during the Haiti vs. Scotland World Cup match.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES&#13;&#10;COMMUNITY SPONSOR&#13;&#10;Starting at $250&#13;&#10;Includes:&#13;&#10;✓ Website logo placement&#13;&#10;✓ One (1) social media shout-out&#13;&#10;✓ Vendor/business recognition during the event&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;CULTURE SPONSOR&#13;&#10;Starting at $500&#13;&#10;Includes:&#13;&#10;✓ Website logo placement&#13;&#10;✓ Banner placement at the event&#13;&#10;✓ Two (2) social media promotions&#13;&#10;✓ One (1) featured 15-minute interview segment during the event&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;PREMIER SPONSOR&#13;&#10;Starting at $1,000&#13;&#10;Includes:&#13;&#10;✓ Premium logo placement&#13;&#10;✓ Large banner placement&#13;&#10;✓ Multiple social media promotions before and during the event&#13;&#10;✓ Featured 15-minute interview segment&#13;&#10;✓ Priority placement at the event&#13;&#10;✓ Business mentions throughout the event&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;SPONSOR RESPONSIBILITIES&#13;&#10;The Sponsor agrees to provide all required promotional materials no later than:&#13;&#10;June 11, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Required materials may include:&#13;&#10;• Business logo&#13;&#10;• Banner artwork&#13;&#10;• Business description&#13;&#10;• Website URL&#13;&#10;• Social media handles&#13;&#10;• Marketing materials&#13;&#10;• Contact information&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Failure to provide materials by the deadline may limit or prevent inclusion in promotional activities without refund.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;INTERVIEW SEGMENT COORDINATION&#13;&#10;Sponsors receiving interview benefits are responsible for coordinating a time with Network Collaboration Films LLC to conduct their interview segment.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Failure to coordinate an interview prior to the event may result in forfeiture of that benefit without refund.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;PAYMENT TERMS&#13;&#10;All sponsorship payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.&#13;&#10;No refunds shall be issued for:&#13;&#10;• Cancellation by Sponsor&#13;&#10;• Failure to submit promotional materials&#13;&#10;• Failure to attend the event&#13;&#10;• Failure to coordinate interview opportunities&#13;&#10;• Weather-related disruptions&#13;&#10;• Event schedule changes&#13;&#10;Unless otherwise required by applicable law.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;USE OF NAME AND LOGO&#13;&#10;Sponsor grants Network Collaboration Films LLC and The Path We Take Podcast permission to use Sponsor's name, logo, and approved marketing materials for promotional purposes related to this event.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;EVENT CONDUCT&#13;&#10;Sponsors agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward:&#13;&#10;• Event attendees&#13;&#10;• Event staff&#13;&#10;• Volunteers&#13;&#10;• Vendors&#13;&#10;• Community partners&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Network Collaboration Films LLC reserves the right to remove any sponsor whose conduct negatively impacts the event.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;LIABILITY&#13;&#10;Network Collaboration Films LLC, The Path We Take Podcast, New Bridges For Haitian Success, event partners, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, injury, business interruption, or lost revenue arising from participation in the event.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Sponsors are encouraged to maintain appropriate business insurance coverage.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;GOVERNING LAW&#13;&#10;This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island.&#13;&#10;Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with Rhode Island law.
