  • Welcome to USC Salkehatchie!  We can't wait to see you on campus this fall! To help with the transition to college life, new students must attend an orientation session this summer.  At orientation you will:

    • Connect with USC Salkehatchie faculty and staff and get to know some of your peers.
    • Learn about living at USC Salkehatchie.
    • Get acquainted with our campus policies and procedures.
    • Receive a list of resources to help you succeed during your first semester and beyond.
    • Learn about your academic program’s curriculum and degree requirements.
    • Attend an academic advising appointment and register for classes.
    • Learn about financial aid.

    Allendale:

    Walterboro:

    Tuesday, June 17

    Virtual:

    To help with the admission process, please be sure you complete the items on th new student checklist prior to your orientation session.

  • While new students are introduced to USC Salkehatchie, parents are invited to visit campus for a separate parent program. You'll meet administrators and faculty members and get a better sense of topics such as residence halls, academic life and the social opportunities on campus.  Please list the names of parents or guardians who will attend orientation with you.  The parent program is optional.
