The Domestic Programme Officer will play a vital part in planning, implementing, and evaluating our parenting and children’s programmes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project Management
- Design, plan, and deliver engaging school-based and community-based programmes for children and parents.
- Plan and organize events and workshops, and create supporting publication materials.
- Support in formulating and executing programme plans
- Track program outcomes, manage data, and support evaluations for continuous monitoring of project effectiveness.
2. Administrative & Operational Support
- Assist the administration of the domestic programmes
- Manage stakeholder interactions with internal staff and external parties such as children and parent beneficiaries, schools, programme partners and facilitators
- Maintain programme documentation, prepare project finance and narrative reports.
- Provide logistics and clerical support for research, campaigns, and programme delivery.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support other organizational projects and initiatives as needed.
- Work across departments to ensure smooth and effective programme implementation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University graduate in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Education, Social Sciences, Counselling, or related fields.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with children and their families.
- Experience in parenting education or child protection initiatives strongly preferred.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (in English and Cantonese).
- Passionate about child development, mental health, and community work.
- Strong team player who can also work independently and proactively.
- Should be independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Zoom, Adobe, Photoshop, or basic graphic design is a bonus.
- Prior experience in special education or sports management is an advantage.
Additional Information
- This role requires evening and weekend work.
- A high level of responsibility, self-motivation, and commitment to the well-being of children is essential.

- In addition to Hong Kong Island, the location may also include Kowloon and the New Territories.
