  • PAWSITIVELY RESCUED is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that functions exclusively through a foster-based volunteer model.

We do not receive local, state, or federal funding; our operations depend entirely on adoption fees, public donations, and grants.

The success of Pawsitively Rescued relies wholly on the generosity of our fosters, volunteers, and donors. We view every individual who fosters, volunteers, or donates as the foundation of our organization, and we cannot continue our life-saving work without their support.

  • Thank you for being so interested in becoming a volunteer with PAWSITIVELY RESCUED. Our volunteer hours vary depending on the area you would like to volunteer for.

Volunteers must be 18 years old or older. Junior volunteers aged 16 and 17 may apply. Still, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times, and the parent or guardian must also fill out our Volunteer Application.
