Please use this form to book a Prophetic Appointment. These take place in the 24-7 Prayer venue from 12 noon - 2pm and from 5 - 6.30pm.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Please book only one slot for yourself or your group of up to 4
- If you are under 18, you MUST bring a youth leader who is 18+
- All appointments are limited to 15 minutes
