Food For Your Mood Workshop
Here in the Midwest, we get a short season for local produce unless you have access to cold weather gardening; so, let’s use what we can get! You will participate in cooking local and seasonal foods that are not only tasty but also support positive mental health. Come hungry! You will get to try everything we prepare, learn about the benefits of the food for your mental health and walk away with the recipes so you can try it at home yourself or with family and friends.
