Social Media Disclosure & Consent

    •    I understand that photos and videos will be taken during the retreat weekend.
    •    I give KontourMe, LLC and its affiliates permission to use images and video footage of me for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, marketing materials, and future event promotions.
    •    I understand I will not receive compensation for the use of my image or likeness.
    •    If I prefer not to be included in any media, I will notify KontourMe, LLC in writing before the start of the retreat.

Liability Waiver & Release

By checking the box below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
    •    I understand that participation in this retreat is voluntary and may include physical activities, emotional discussions, and group sessions.
    •    I release KontourMe, LLC, its organizers, hosts, partners, and affiliates from any and all liability for injury, illness, loss, damage, or any other claim that may arise from my participation in the retreat, including travel to and from the event.
    •    I assume full responsibility for my health, safety, and well-being during the retreat.
    •    I understand that I should consult with a medical professional if I have any health concerns prior to participating.

Good Vibes & Positive Attitude Agreement

By checking the box below, I agree to bring my best self to the retreat:
    •    I understand this is a safe, supportive space created for growth, connection, and encouragement.
    •    I agree to come with an open heart, a respectful attitude, and a willingness to participate fully and positively.
    •    I will honor the experiences of others, maintain confidentiality, and be kind and courteous throughout the weekend.
    •    If I am unable to uphold this standard, I understand KontourMe, LLC reserves the right to excuse me from the retreat without refund.

Payment Disclaimer

By submitting your payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

    •    All funds are non-refundable. Due to the nature of event planning and reservations, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstance. Please be sure you’re fully committed before securing your spot.
    •    Your deposit does not fully guarantee your spot until the full balance has been paid.
    •    Remaining balance must be paid by the dates provided. Failure to pay in full by the final deadline may result in forfeiting your spot and any funds already paid.
    •    You may pay in full (preferred) or choose a payment plan option through PayPal.
    •    All payments are non-transferable. Payments cannot be transferred to future events or another participant.
    •    You are responsible for keeping track of your payment plan schedule and ensuring all installments are paid on time. We do not offer payment reminders.
