Base Access Request Form

Please be advised that you MUST SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR THE FORM EACH TIME YOU WISH TO OBTAIN BASE ACCESS TO USE THE GOLF FACILITIES.

It is important that you follow the instructions to the letter and double check the information prior to submitting. 
Once submitted, no further action is required on your part. You will only be notified if there is an issue with the request.  

Access requests MUST be received by 4:00PM at least 5 BUSINESS DAYS prior to your playing date(s).
Requests received on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays DO NOT count towards the 5 day rule and will be input on the following Monday.
Please DO NOT request additional CONSECUTIVE dates if NOT NEEDED!
A NEW request form must be completed for all future access requests.    

 

STEP 1: Complete and submit this form at least 5 business days prior to play.
STEP 2: Call (803) 895-1399 to schedule a tee time no more than 7 days ahead.
STEP 3: When coming to the base all players must FIRST check in at the visitors center, show their driver's license, and state that they are on the access list for golf. 

WHEN ON SHAW AFB PLEASE ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING POLICIES!

   * OBEY ALL TRAFFIC RULES, ESPECIALLY SPEED LIMITS. YIELD TO PEDESTRIANS AND JOGGERS. BUCKLE YOUR SAFETY BELT AND DO NOT USE YOUR CELL PHONE WHILE DRIVING ON BASE.

   * USE/POSSESSION OF ILLEGAL DRUGS IS STRCTLY PROHIBITED. THIS INCLUDES MEDICAL MARIJUANA.

   * WHILE ON THE BASE, ALL PERSONNEL AND PROPERTY UNDER THEIR CONTROL ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH.

   * EVERYONE DRIVING ON SHAW AFB IS EXPECTED TO HAVE A CURRENT INSURANCE CARD, DRIVERS LICENSE AND VEHICLE REGISTRATION IN THEIR POSSESSION.

   * THE POSSESSION OF FIREARMS, AMMUNITION, OR ANY OTHER DANGEROUS WEAPONS, AND CARRIED ON A PERSON OR IN A VEHICLE, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. THIS APPLIES TO PERSONS WHO POSSESS CONCEALED WEAPONS PERMITS
