SHPE Bulk Registration allows chapters to purchase a minimum of 5 or more registrations using a university/college check or credit card. This process, outlines below, shows how to request and register for SHPE events using a promo code. Chapters will receive a promo code after agreeing on payment terms.

Event Bulk Registration Process:
Step 1: Complete the SHPE Event Bulk Registration Invoice Request Form. A notification will be sent to SHPE Registration Team upon submission.
Step 2: Once confirmed, SHPE’s Finance Department will generate and email an invoice to the requestor and chapter advisor within 2–3 business days. The invoice cannot be modified once issued. Full payment is due by the invoice due date.
Note: The form follows SHPE's cancellation policy — NO EXCEPTIONS!
STEP 3: Submit payment by the invoice terms:
Credit Card: Pay online via the secured portal linked on the invoice.
Check: Payable to SHPE and mailed to:

STEP 4: Within 2–3 business days of payment receipt, SHPE will email the unique bulk registration discount code to the listed contact person.
[The contact person is responsible for distributing the code within the chapter. SHPE is not responsible for misuse or unlawful distribution]
STEP 5: SHPE members will register for the event using the code at checkout. Members must use the code to be considered registered. An active SHPE membership is required for all events. For membership questions, email Membership@SHPE.org.

Bulk Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by 10/16/2025 will be refunded minus a 25% administrative fee.

If canceled before the invoice is paid, the 25% fee will be invoiced separately.
- If an individual within your group has already registered and requires a refund in order to utilize one of the bulk registration codes, please note that a 25% processing fee will apply.
Promo codes will be released and activated after registration opens for all members. Once open, we will email your promo code with dispersal instructions.
