Jackson County 4-H Food Stand Volunteer & Donation Sign Up Form

We are also looking for volunteers to help support our fair food stand. 4-H youth, family, volunteers, or businesses: consider how you help us out. Local businesses: do you have a program that encourages your employees to volunteer their time. We have so many opportunities available to make a great Jackson County Fair. Consider sharing this form and encouraging your employees to sign up for a shift or 2. Thank you for helping us make a exceptional fair. Please sign up once per individual.
By volunteering, you are sharing your are willing and available to work that shift. Our shift leaders will be looking at all volunteers and placing individuals in the best spots based on experience and skill set. We will assign the jobs so we have the coverage required and providing the safe environment for all workers. Closer to the fair you will receive your assignment. Jobs will include, but not limited to: Kitchen Director, Maintenance, Order Manager, Grill Master, Table Cleaner/Order Helper, Assembly Table/Food Prep, Fry Cook, Dish Washer, & Cashier.
