Terms & Conditions – Cart Booking
By submitting this booking request, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Twinkle Twinkle Little Delights.
1. Booking & Confirmation
Submitting this form is a request only and does not guarantee availability.
Your event date and time are not secured until you receive written confirmation and the required deposit/paymet is paid.
Twinkle Twinkle Little Delights reserves the right to decline bookings based on availability or event suitability.
2. Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.
The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the event (timeline will be provided upon confirmation).

Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable.
One (1) reschedule may be permitted based on availability if notice is provided at least 48 hours prior to the event.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will forfeit all payments made.
4. Event Setup & Service
Twinkle Twinkle Little Delights will arrive 60-90 minutes prior to the scheduled service time for setup.
Service will begin and end promptly at the agreed-upon times.
Client is responsible for ensuring adequate space, access, and safe conditions for setup and operation.
Any additional service time requested on the day of the event may result in additional fees.
5. Location & Access
Client must provide accurate event location details.
The service area must be accessible, safe, and compliant with local regulations.
For outdoor events, client is responsible for providing shelter from excessive heat, rain, or wind if needed.
6. Weather Policy
For outdoor events, weather conditions are monitored closely.
In cases of unsafe weather, Twinkle Twinkle Little Delights reserves the right to pause, modify, or cancel service for safety reasons.
Weather-related cancellations may be eligible for rescheduling at management’s discretion.
7. Guest Count & Menu Finalization
Final guest count and menu selections must be confirmed no later than 3 weeks before the event.
Significant changes after confirmation may affect pricing and availability.
8. Liability
Twinkle Twinkle Little Delights is not responsible for damage to property, personal belongings, or injuries resulting from circumstances beyond our control. Certiciate of Insurance can be provided upo request.
Client assumes responsibility for guest behavior and safety during the event.
9. Food Allergies
While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Client is responsible for informing guests of potential allergens
10. Agreement
By submitting this form and signing electronically, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined above.
