      Who is eligible to register for these classes?
      Those who are employed with a company that is registered in the State of NJ and in compliance with NJ tax laws.

      Do I have to pay for the class?
      Nope! These classes are fully funded by unemployment payroll taxes employers already pay to New Jersey, which means they’re completely free to participants.

      Are these classes in-person or online?
      Currently, all of our Open Enrollment classes are held virtually, via Zoom.

      Can I register for more than one class?
      Yes, you can register for multiple classes. However, you will have to complete the registration form for each individual class.

      What topics or skills do the classes cover?
      We offer a wide range of topics—from basic PC skills to workplace communication. Check our course catalog for our current offerings HERE.

      What if I see a class on the course catalog, but it is not on the registration form?
      We offer a diverse range of classes and are always working to keep things exciting and new. By regularly rotating our schedule, we make sure there’s always something different to try. Check back each month to discover what’s new on the calendar!

      I don't know my employer's Federal Employer Identification Number.
      In order to confirm the eligibility requirements for each attendee, we do require the Federal Employer Identification Number. Below are two ways you will be able to obtain this number.

      · Your W-2 Form - The FEIN is listed in Box b.

      · Your HR or Payroll Department - If you don’t have your W-2 on hand, HR or payroll should be able to provide the FEIN directly.

    • What if I need to cancel my registration?
      No problem—just let us know as soon as possible so we can open the spot for someone else. Please use our cancellation form here. 

      What happens if a class is full or canceled?
      If a class is full, please reach out to esolan@camdencc.edu to be placed on a waitlist. If it’s canceled, we’ll notify you and offer alternative options if available.

    • Series Information  
    • I’ve completed some of the classes in the series before — do I need to retake them?
      No, if you’ve already completed any of the classes in the series, you do not need to retake them. Just let us know once you’ve finished all the classes in the series, and we’ll provide your certificate of completion.

      What should I do if the classes in the series aren’t listed on the registration form?
      If you don’t see the class on our registration form, it likely means it’s not being offered this month. We do our best to rotate our class offerings to provide as many options as possible to meet everyone’s interests. Please check back each month for updated class listings.
