Important:
1. A minimum of one session (Two weeks) is required.
2. A minimum of two days per week is required.
3. The same days will be selected for both weeks within a session.
  (For example: If you choose Monday and Wednesday for Session#1, your child will attend on Monday and Wednesday for both weeks of Session #1.)
Session #1: (6/30-07/11) In the session we will be closed on Friday, July 4th.
Session #4: (08/11-08/15) This Session is ONLY one week, and tuition will be adjusted accordingly.
Summer Camp Acknowledgment:

By enrolling in the MUCCA Summer Program, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Payment & Tuition:
- All payments must be submitted through the Brightwheel App.
  Once you receive the payment link, you must set up your account and complete the payment within 24 hours.
- Failure to pay on time may result in the loss of your child's spot in the program.
Program Hours:
- Camp Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Extended Care: Morning: 7:00 – 9:00 AM
  Afternoon: 4:00 – 6:00 PM
  Extended Care Fee: $10 per hour per child (billed weekly)
Meal& Field Trips
- Lunch Fee: Extra $4 per child, per day (billed weekly)
- Field Trip Fees: Additional $15–$20 per trip, not included in tuition
Attendance & Refunds:
- No refunds or credits will be issued for missed days.
- No rollover of missed days to future sessions.
- A 10% sibling discount applies biweekly to the oldest sibling's tuition.
Permissions & Liability:
- I hereby release the MUCCA Summer Program, its staff, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation.
- I waive all claims on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, or successors related to my child's participation.
- I permit my child to participate in local field trips during the session.
- I authorize transportation of my child by school bus or vehicle for scheduled off-site trips.
- I allow my child to be photographed or video recorded for internal or promotional use.
- I understand my child’s photo may appear in program materials, newsletters, or other appropriate media.
- I have communicated all known allergies or medical concerns in the registration form.
Policies & Expectations:
- I understand all program policies are final, and no exceptions will be made regarding refunds or makeup days.
- My child must be picked up promptly between 3:30 – 4:00 PM daily.
- MUCCA reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any child who violates program policies or disrupts the environment.
- MUCCA reserves the right to adjust program details or schedules as needed.
