  • Vendor applications for the 17th Annual Salinas Chinatown Asian Cultural Fair are now open. This free event is presented by the Asian Cultural Experience of Salinas in collaboration with the three Asian American community locations.

    Join us on Sat. April 25th, 2026 from 11am-4pm in anticipation of APIDA/AAPI Month!

    APPLICATION DEADLINE: March 31st, 2026 or until spaces are filled

  • If you do not have a food permit: you can purchase a temporary, one-day permit. Please contact the Monterey County Health Department for information and fees. 

    If you do have a food permit: you must submit a form through the Health Department of Monterey County.

  • Please email info@salinasace.org with any questions you may have regarding this year's event. Each booth space is 10 x 10 feet and we ask that you please provide your own table and chairs. The event will be held both in and outdoors on concrete. There will be no Wi-Fi.

  • Should be Empty:
