RMAA Members Show June 5th - July 10th 2026

Entries Close May 28th 8:00pm EST or when gallery space is filled

• This exhibition is open to all RMAA Members in good standing. Each artist may submit 3 pieces.  Please do not enter work previously exhibited at the Barn gallery in competition.
• There are no specific size or weight limits. Artists may be asked to help position heavier pieces. Entries must be professionally presented. Artwork must be properly framed and ready for hanging, complete with appropriate wire hanging support. Prints with taped on wire, string, fishing line, gummed tape hangers, saw-tooth hangers, clip frames etc. will be declined.  The hanging committee has the right to decline any works.

• RMAA collects a 30% commission on all sales. Due to NJ State Park regulations, we cannot accept any artwork with nudity or suggestive material.

•  Hanging Fee: $10 -   Artwork Drop Off: Saturday, May 30th 12am - 2pm

• Awards: Best in Show $100 

  Awards in each category will be announced and certificates presented at the reception/awards ceremony.

   Reception: June 13th 1:30pm-3:30pm.

• Artwork Pickup - Friday, July 10th 3:30pm - 4pm or                                                                   Saturday, July 11th 12pm -12pm

Agreement

In agreeing to the terms and conditions, the participant acknowledges that the Ringwood Manor Association of the Arts and Ringwood State Park are merely the organizers of the event and agree to forever release and discharge the RMAA, Ringwood State Park, and it’s volunteers from any and all actions, claims or demands relating to injuries or damages resulting or arising from my participation in the event. They understand that photos of the artists and their artwork may be used for future publicity and/or grant applications. 
 
All works will be handled with care, but neither RMAA nor Ringwood State Park shall be responsible for loss or damage. The RMAA and Ringwood State Park do not have a storage area and can not assume liability for unclaimed artwork.
