Términos y Condiciones de Servicio – Chanel Groomer LLC

 

Para garantizar la seguridad y el bienestar de todas las mascotas, así como ofrecer un servicio de calidad, aplicamos las siguientes políticas:

 

Condiciones para el Aseo
• Solo aceptamos mascotas saludables. Si su mascota es anciana o tiene problemas de salud, el grooming se hará bajo su responsabilidad.
• El proceso puede revelar condiciones de piel o salud preexistentes. Chanel Groomer LLC no se hace responsable.
• La vacuna contra la rabia debe estar al día, salvo acuerdo previo.
Riesgos durante el grooming
• Se usan herramientas filosas, por lo que existe riesgo mínimo de cortes o irritación, aunque tomamos todas las precauciones.
• Si la mascota viene con el pelaje enredado o sucio, hay mayor riesgo de accidente o estrés.
• La limpieza de oídos puede causar inflamación si hay mucha sensibilidad. Si el perro no permite el procedimiento, se suspende por seguridad.
• El dueño asume toda responsabilidad por cualquier complicación derivada del estado del pelaje o conducta del perro.
Emergencias veterinarias
• En caso de emergencia y ausencia del dueño, Chanel Groomer LLC autoriza acudir al veterinario más cercano. Los costos serán del cliente.
Pagos
• El pago se hace el mismo día del servicio.
• Tarifas varían por tamaño, tipo de pelo y comportamiento del perro.
Desenredado (Desmatting)
• El desenredado puede cambiar la apariencia del perro y revelar problemas en la piel.
• Chanel Groomer LLC no se hace responsable por estas condiciones.
• Este servicio tiene costo extra, dependiendo del tiempo y materiales usados.
Cancelaciones
• Si no se cancela con al menos 24 horas de anticipación, se aplicará una multa de $10 en la siguiente cita.
No presentarse y retrasos
• Se espera máximo 15 minutos.
• Si llega con más de 30 minutos de retraso, se cobrará un extra de $10 y se podrá cancelar la cita según disponibilidad.
Derecho de admisión
• Chanel Groomer LLC se reserva el derecho de rechazar el servicio a cualquier mascota o cliente si representa un riesgo. 

Conducta desafiante durante el grooming

 En caso de que el perrito presente comportamiento desafiante o complicado durante el servicio, se aplicará un cargo adicional de $20. Esto incluye, pero no se limita a:

 Intentos de morder al groomer, la tijera, la máquina u otras herramientas.
Movimiento excesivo que dificulte el trabajo de forma segura.
Conducta nerviosa o agresiva que retrase el proceso o represente un riesgo.

 Este cargo extra cubre el tiempo adicional requerido, el manejo especial y las precauciones necesarias para garantizar la seguridad del perrito y del groomer. Chanel Groomer LLC se reserva el derecho de detener el servicio si considera que hay riesgo para cualquiera de las partes.

 

 

 

Terms and Conditions - Chanel Groomer LLC

To ensure the safety and well-being of all pets and to provide quality service, the following policies apply:

 1. Grooming Requirements

We only accept pets that are healthy and in good physical condition. If your pet is elderly or has health problems, grooming will be done at your own risk.
Grooming may reveal pre-existing skin or health conditions for which Chanel Groomer LLC is not responsible.
Rabies vaccination must be up to date (as required by law), unless otherwise agreed.

 

 2. Possible Risks During Grooming

 We use sharp tools and professional equipment. Despite taking all necessary precautions, there is always a risk of cuts, scrapes, or skin irritation.
If the pet arrives with matted or tangled hair, the risk of accidents increases. Lack of maintenance causes stress and discomfort, and the pet may move unpredictably.
Ear cleaning is important to prevent infections or inflammation. Excess hair in the ears can cause irritation when removed.
If the pet has too much hair in the ears, we will try to remove it. However, if the pet does not allow the procedure, we will not force it to avoid stress.
By accepting our services, the owner assumes responsibility for any incident caused by the condition of the coat or the pet’s behavior.

 

3. Veterinary Emergencies

 In case of an emergency and your absence, we authorize the nearest veterinarian to treat your pet as needed. The owner is responsible for any costs.

 

 

4. Payments

 Payment is due at the time of service by cash or credit card.
Prices vary depending on breed and time required.

 

 5. Dematting

The dematting process may change your pet’s appearance and may reveal skin conditions. Chanel Groomer LLC is not responsible for these conditions.
This procedure may cause skin irritation or discomfort and is performed under the owner’s responsibility.
This service has an additional cost depending on time and materials. The price may be given when the pet is received or picked up, depending on the amount of work.

 

 

 

6. Appointment Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a $10 fee will be applied to the next appointment.

 

 7. No-Shows and Delays

A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, a $10 late fee will apply and the appointment may be canceled depending on availability.

 

 8. Right of Refusal

 Chanel Groomer LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any pet or client if they pose a risk.

 

Challenging Behavior During Grooming

 

If the pet displays challenging or difficult behavior during the grooming service, an additional fee of $20 will be applied. This includes, but is not limited to:

 

Attempts to bite the groomer, scissors, clippers, or other tools.
Excessive movement that makes it difficult to safely perform the service.
Nervous or aggressive behavior that delays the grooming process or poses a safety risk.

 

 

This extra fee covers the additional time required, special handling, and the safety measures necessary to protect both the pet and the groomer. Chanel Groomer LLC reserves the right to stop the service if there is any risk to either party.
