I understand that participating in equestrian activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of serious injury or death.
I am in good health and have the necessary skills and experience to participate in this event.
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Sun State Riding Academy, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action for any injury, loss, or damage to myself or my horse, however caused, arising out of or in connection with my participation in this event.
I agree to abide by all rules and regulations of Sun State Riding Academy, LLC, and the decisions of the show management and judge.
I have read this release and waiver of liability and fully understand its terms.
