  • Important Notice:
    If you are experiencing an active outbreak or visible symptoms of any condition selected above at the time of your appointment, waxing cannot be performed on the affected area(s) for safety and sanitation reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, active herpes lesions (HSV-1 or HSV-2) or fungal infections like tinea. Your comfort, health, and the safety of others are always the top priority.

  • Please note that waxing can have certain side effects such as skin removal, redness, swelling, tenderness, irritation, or post-inflammatory responses. I understand that the service I am receiving is part of a hands-on training course for licensed professionals, and may be performed by a student under the direct supervision of the instructor, Ashley Reyes.

    I acknowledge that services may take longer than usual, and may involve demonstration or mirroring by the instructor. I have answered all intake questions accurately and understand that if I have any concerns, I will bring them to the instructor’s attention before or during the service.

    I give permission for this waxing procedure to be performed during a live training session and agree to hold Ashley Reyes, Shameless Waxing LLC, and any participating students harmless from any and all liability that may result from this treatment.

    I agree to follow all post-care instructions including: avoiding peels, tanning, or wet room services; refraining from swimming, spas, hot tubs, sexual activity, or exercise for 24–48 hours after waxing; and using recommended home care protocols as advised.

    I understand that every precaution will be taken to minimize or eliminate negative reactions, but due to the training nature of this service, outcomes may vary.

    As a training model, you are receiving this service free of charge to assist in the hands-on education of licensed professionals under the supervision of Ashley Reyes. While there is no fee for the service(s) itself, your appointment time is valuable, and failure to attend impacts both the training process and other scheduled models.
    If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, or if you fail to show up, you will be charged the 50% of the originally scheduled service, based on Shameless Waxing LLC's current service menu.
    Being more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and we may be unable to perform your service if you arrive late.
    In the event of a same-day reschedule, if the instructor’s schedule allows a shift without disrupting the training session, fees may be waived at our discretion. This is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
    Once applied, no-show and cancellation fees are non-refundable. Your participation helps support a meaningful training experience—thank you for your cooperation and professionalism.
