Pick Up Date

Confirmation of Pick-Up Date: The date for picking up the pottery wheel isn't finalized initially. Instead, the rental service will contact you to confirm the specific date for pick-up according to availability. Payment Commencement: The monthly payment will commence on the confirmed pick-up date.

Drop Off Date

Drop-off Date Accuracy: The accuracy of the drop-off date for the pottery wheel isn't crucial. Payment Termination: When the pottery wheel is returned, the monthly payment will cease within one business day from the wheel's drop-off.

I agree to rent an electric wheel and a stool for a period of at least four consecutive weeks for $145.
The date in this form are only approximate dates, we will get in touch to finalize pick up date.
I agree to make a security deposit of $250, which will be returned when all the equipment is returned cleaned and in
undamaged condition. Permitted Users * Only I will use the wheel and other equipment during my rental period;
Wheel Placement and Safety Procedures * I will provide a dry, secure and safe place in my home to use the
rented equipment. I will observe safety practices that will ensure against injury to the permitted user and others as
well as the safe keeping of the rented equipment. Liability :
• The liability-release clause in the UCS Guidelines is in effect while I have rented Urth clay studio equipment in my possession.
• I would not let any water get in the motor of the wheel therefore I would not clean the wheel with a hose or
running water.
• Water level in the splash pan will be kept under 1 cm.
• This wheel is tested and tagged, no electrician should alternate or change the wheel, if you are experiencing any
problem pls call us.
• I have attached a copy of my driving license and proof Rental Period : * The rental will begin the first date a wheel
is available, every month on the same day payment of $145 will be automatically charged for the next month, the
wheel should be returned 2 business day before the next payment is made , Unfortunately UCS can not refund the money after the
payment has been made .
I will email the studio to arrange drop off day.
Please note once the payment is charged u have 28 days to return the wheel.
The studio is not responsible for the misuse of the wheel, the wire or socket you use to connect the wheel, in case
Ucs needs to follow up with legal letters you will be responsible for the legal fee.
I agree to the above. Agreement: I am at least 18 Year old and agree to all the terms and conditions of this contract
as started above.
