Today's Dietitian will make every effort to ensure that its events are held in facilities that are fully accessible to persons with mobility disabilities. If you plan to attend our program and need special facilities or assistance relating to a disability, please call 877-925-2355.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be submitted via email to Today's Dietitian at symposium@gvpub.com. Cancellations received by December 31, 2025, will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations received between January 1 and March 1, 2026, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. After March 1, 2026, requests for refunds will not be honored.
PHOTOGRAPHY WAIVER
Today's Dietitian, its contractors and attending news media may be photographing, videotaping, audio-taping or webcasting sessions and events at the Symposium. By attending the Symposium, attendees acknowledge these activities and agree to allow their image to be used, without compensation, in Today's Dietitian educational, news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the Today's Dietitian website (www.todaysdietitian.com) and the Continuing Education Learning Library website (ce.todaysdietitian.com). Attendees of the Symposium waive all claims against Today's Dietitian for any liability resulting from these uses.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Today's Dietitian, and its directors, officers, employees, staff, volunteers, and any agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, illnesses, injuries, costs, or obligations including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees and expenses, which may arise out of my traveling to, participating in, or returning from the Symposium.
RELEASE OF HOTEL RESERVATION INFORMATION/ROOM RATES/REBATE DISCLOSURE
I consent to the Symposium venue's release of my overnight room reservation information to Today's Dietitian for the purpose of planning and coordination of the Symposium.
Room rates cannot be guaranteed.
Today's Dietitian will receive a room rebate of up to $16 per room night from the hotel venue. The rebate will be applied by Today's Dietitian to help offset the costs of the 2026 Spring Symposium and related events.
FORCE MAJEURE
If, for unforeseen reasons, including but not limited to, acts of God, catastrophe, virus, pandemic, epidemic, governmental order, law or regulation, the Symposium cannot be held in-person, no refunds will be offered. Registrants will automatically be registered for a web-based continuing education program featuring content that is similar to that planned for the in-person Symposium. Today’s Dietitian and its affiliates cannot be held financially responsible for airline tickets, fees, or costs incurred by registrants in anticipation for the in-person Symposium.
