Registration Fees

Upon receiving your registration form and reviewing your supporting documents, the Institute will approve your application for the desired training program. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express as methods of payment for the registration fees.

Upon cancellation of your registration, a refund of $100.00 will be automatically deposited into your account. Please note that to receive a refund, you must submit a request before the program’s start date.

Registration Supporting Documentation

To complete your registration, you will need to submit the required documentation through a secure link sent to you via email.
- Photocopy of the diploma, certificates, or credentials for your highest level of education
- A picture of yourself (to help recognize you during Zoom sessions, exams and residency sessions
- A current resume (CV)
An email notification, including the secured link to upload your documents, will be sent to you after the payment of the registration fees, to confirm the reception of your registration application.
