• Move-in Day and time Confirmation will be in the acceptance email/letter and is based on location on the floor.
  
  
• Fire Regulations: All display vehicles must have ¼ tank or less of fuel & Batteries must be disconnected.

• Class Awards are distributed on Saturday. The Special Award presentation takes place Sunday at 5:00
  
  
• Move-out takes place immediately at show closing on Sunday Evening.
