In order to participate as a volunteer at Epic Sports Camp, Epic Church requires a Volunteer Application/Background Check be submitted and you MUST attend our Volunteer Training.
If you do not have a completed background check and application aleady on file, you will be notified via email after you register to volunteer.
Please return the completed application no later than May 28, 2025 to volunteer for Sports Camp. You can turn it in by:
- Handing it to Kim Kolk
- Email it to sportscamp@epic-church.org
- Place in worship boxes in gym at Epic
There are no exceptions when it comes to the Volunteer Application. This is a requirement to be on the property of Epic Church the week of Sports Camp!

Volunteer Training will be offered at Epic Church on Thursday June 5, 2025 from 6:30-8:00PM. Please note: we will NOT have childcare available for this event.
Even if you have been a volunteer for Sports Camp in the past, attending this year's volunteer training is required, as information and procedures have been updated!
