This form is your official request to off-board from Epique Realty. Once you click submit, the request will be sent to your broker and our corporate offboarding team. Please note, you may receive a phone call for verbal confirmation of this requst. Once your request is verified, our team will initiate your offboarding from all systems and your forward email will be deleted.

If at any point you choose to re-join Epique, please be aware that your are required to complete the join application and pay associated join fees. Additionally, you will not be eligible to receive rev share on previous recruits, and will not be "re-inserted" in your current upline.

NOTE: For agents only offboarding from one state, or changing their primary state, the change request may take up to 48 hours to complete. If your new primary state does not reflect in your dashboard or Lofty after 48 hours, please reach out to support@epiquerealty.com.
