REGISTRATION FEE

Early Registration is $20 for Returning Students and $115 for New Students *Includes 1 fall/1 spring leotard and 1 pair of tights* from July 27 - August 8 (Online)

Mid-Summer Registration is $30 for Returning Students and $125 for New Students *Includes 1 fall/1 spring leotard and 1 pair of tights* from August 10 - August 23 (Online)

Late Registration is $40 for Returning Students and $145 for New Students *Includes 1 fall/1 spring leotard and 1 pair of tights from August 24 - November 2 (Online/In Person)

A total bill will be emailed for monthly fees based on the classes taken. All fees includes tuition shoes, costume, advertisement book and tickets. See handbook for details.*

TUITION INFORMATION
MONTHLY PAYMENTS: Tuition is due one month in advance and is due the 1st of each month and is considered late after the 5th. Payments are electronic and receipts will not be issued. A $35.00 late fee will be applied on the 6th of the month. Also, if your payment declines you will be charged a $35.00 fee. If your payment is declined 3 or more times, your child will be suspended from class. Last payment for the year is due May 1st.

Monthly Tuition is as follows:

1 CLASS / Beginner A Combo and Pre-Dance (Ballet and Jazz) - $65.00 a
2 CLASSES / Beginner B Combo (Ballet/Jazz/Modern) - $105.00
LOWER SCHOOL COMBO (Ballet/Jazz/Modern) - $125.00
3 CLASSES - $145.00
4 CLASSES - $185.00
5 CLASSES - $225.00
6 - 9 CLASSES - $245.00
A LA CARTE LS COMBO CLASSES - $40.00
ADULT CLASS - $40.00/ month. Adults must purchase two (2) recital tickets. In the event you have a child in the program, this means your total tickets will be nine (9).

Prices subject to change with no prior notice and refunds are at the Executive Director’s discretion.

Classes: Select all that apply and you will be contacted to finalize your schedule. Please note, that level placement is left to discretion of the directors. Ballet is Mandatory for ALL dancers under the age of 18.*

If there is a need for modifications, please answer YES below and explain and schedule to speak to a director prior to start of dance season.
