  • By signing this agreement, I confirm that I have read and understand this application. I acknowledge that submitting an application does not guarantee approval, and that false information or failure to follow program requirements may result in removal of any Toe Beans Animal Rescue animal in my care. I certify that all information provided is true and may be verified.

    I agree to release and hold harmless Toe Beans Animal Rescue and its members from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the care or actions of any foster dog/cat. I accept full responsibility for the animal(s) while in my care.

    If I can no longer foster, I agree to return the animal(s) to Toe Beans Animal Rescue and provide, when possible, at least one (1) weeks notice to allow time to arrange another foster placement.
