Concept Submission Overview
In the name of Allah, we are proud to share the significant strides made in the ASIM Revitalization & Redevelopment project. Thus far, we have:
KCE Consulting Engineering filed our structural plans with the NYC DOB and we are currently awaiting final approval, In the process of reviewing several submitted construction bids to determine the best fit, and In discussion of officially retaining architect Rodney Leon, whose expertise will be instrumental throughout all phases of this transformative initiative.
As we prepare to move into the next critical phase, we are gearing up to submit, pitch, and refine conceptual design ideas. These ideas will be evaluated and developed into a full performa to guide both Architect Rodney Leon and Developer Carlton Brown in shaping the future of OUR site.
We now invite you to ADD ON to this vision by participating in a concept submission process that will inform the project's direction. Your input will help define a mission-driven, mixed-use development that reflects our shared values and goals.
Submission Criteria:
- Zoning Compliance: Concepts must align with current zoning regulations.
- Contextual Sensitivity: Proposals should thoughtfully consider the site’s accessibility and relationship to surrounding structures.
- Self-Sustainability: Designs should incorporate sustainable practices and long-term operational viability.
