Israel Trip: January 2026

Please complete and submit the form below. A separate form must be submitted by each individual.

We respectfully request that you follow these Policies while on a Sending Project trip.
Note: An “adult” is anyone at least 18 years old. A “minor” is anyone less than 18 years old. A “leader” is anyone who is authorized by the trip facilitator to be in a leadership role.

I will travel in groups of at least three, including at least one adult, unless special permission is given by the trip facilitator. I will inform the trip facilitator and/or any other trip leaders of the following: any unplanned activity I undertake, any emergency situation and/or any onset of illness or injury.*

I will make myself aware, and be respectful, of the laws, rules, and customs of the locations where I will be during my trip. I will abide by American laws, rules, and customs in cases when the American laws, rules, and/or customs are stricter. I will refrain from romantic involvement during the trip (other than spouse or significant other). Unmarried couples should retire to separate quarters. *

I will not bring weapons/explosives/alcohol/illegal drugs. I will not consume any alcohol within 24 hours prior to driving a motor vehicle.*

I will be respectful of trip leadership and supportive of overall team unity. I will respect the space and preferences of other trip participants and be on time for group activities. I will be supportive of The Sending Project’s vision, mission, strategies, values, theology, and ministry philosophy .*

I will make sure that an adult and a minor do not share a bed. I will make sure that one adult is never alone with only one minor (except when the adult is a parent of the minor or when the adult is a sibling of the minor).*

Any person not adhering to these trip policies, displaying inappropriate behavior, and/or displaying disrespectful behavior to leaders and/or other trip participants, will result in being sent home from the trip at the participant's expense. If the participant is a minor, their parent(s)/guardian(s) will be called and the participant will be sent home at the participant’s and/or their parents'/guardians' expense.*
