📝 Order Details & What to Expect
• 72 hours’ notice required for all orders
• We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance for best availability
• After submitting your request, please allow 24 hours for a response
• Invoices are valid for 72 hours — a 50% deposit is required to reserve your event
• Final payment is due 2 weeks (14 days) before your event date
🍽 Minimums & Pricing
• 25-person minimum per catering service
• Base pricing does not include taxes, personalization, or travel fees
• Produce and selections may vary with the season and availability—but always tastefully fresh and vibrant!
🚗 Travel Fees
We’re happy to bring the graze to you!
Travel fees are calculated from Olympia, WA, 98512 based on:
• Distance (usually $0.75–$1.00 per mile)
• Setup complexity
• Time required
Your final travel fee will be included in your custom quote.
⏰ Setup Details
We typically arrive 1.5–2 hours before your event start time to allow for full, beautiful setup. If your venue has limited access times or special setup instructions, please include those details in your form.
💳 Payment Methods
We accept:
Cash, PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp
To lock in your booking:
• 50% deposit required
• Final payment due 2 weeks before the event
