2026 Event Volunteers

— Support Community Events in 2026 —

We are looking for a few good volunteers to help make our 2026 calendar a success! These community events are 2-fold: they opportunities to open our boathouse to the public and they're fundraisers for our programs, our facilities and equipment, and our scholarship fund.

BIR community events usually involve 1) a bunch of people, 2) some food handling, 3) some money handling. Heavy lifting mostly happens during setup and breakdown. No previous experience is required, but you need to come prepared to have fun.

Some events will come with a Signup Genius. Others will come with an email thread. We'll be in touch with next steps when it's go time.
