  •  Menu Graphic Design Process

    (1) Reddie will guide you or design the graphics for the menu.

    (2) You approve the digital menu design via Docusign, if we do the design.

    POS Integration With Your Digital Menu

    (3) Each POS integration process is different; we'll provide you the steps.

    For some POS systems, we'll provide an email address to add to your Point of Sale dashboard as an Admin User. Our Developers need this to access your menu items. Email us when you’ve done this.

    (4) Our Development Team integrates the designed menu with your POS system. This takes a minimum of 7 working days if you provide the POS access required. Keep this in mind when providing feedback on artwork and deciding on a launch date.

    Your Jumbilin Credentials

    (5) After development is complete you'll be emailed credentials to the Jumbilin Admin Portal to manage your digital menu board(s).

    (6) Reddie will host a video training on how to use the Jumbilin Admin Portal.

  • Important information on the design process💡

  • Menu graphic designs are normally completed in 7 working days if you provide 100% of the information required which includes:

    (a) Final menu items, prices, descriptions and categories

    (b) Your company's brand guidelines, images, fonts, etc.

    (c) Your company's high-resolution imagery.

    (d) Timely feedback on designs.

    After you choose a concept for your menu design and we start working on it, you’ll have three (3) free edits.

    After your 3 free edits are over:

    Partial design edits attract a fee of $75 per layout

    New layouts will cost you $199 per layout (if you choose a layout theme/style, we then customise it, then you change your mind and request another layout)

    Partial copy changes (up to half of the layout) cost $45 per layout

    Entire layout copy changes cost $60 per layout

    Edits to animation cost $95 per layout

    Additional layouts will cost $199 per layout (Example: You paid for 1 layout via the Sales Dept. but now need an additional layout)

  • We'll design our own menu

    Design the file in layers using Adobe Photoshop. Don't use other software.

    • Limit each board to 15 items for better visibility
    • Menu categories and items in your design must match your POS exactly.
    • Keep descriptions under 75 characters (including spaces) so they fit neatly under each item.
    • Ensure the design matches the resolution of the menu board you ordered.

    The two common resolutions are:

    Vertical/Portrait menu boards: 1080px (width) X 1920px (height)

    Horizontal/Landscape: 1920px (width) X 1080px (height)

     

    We have an existing design 

    Upload the layered Adobe Photoshop file below. Don't use other software.

    • Ensure the design matches the resolution of the menu board you ordered.

    The two common resolutions are:

    Vertical/Portrait menu boards: 1080px (width) X 1920px (height)

    Horizontal/Landscape: 1920px (width) X 1080px (height)

    If your existing design resolution doesn’t match your menu board, we can adjust it for a fee.

    If you don’t have a Photoshop file, upload what you have and we can redesign it for a fee. 

     

    Sell more with animated menu boards

    Animated menu boards capture attention and drive sales. We can animate your existing or new menu boards, for $149 per layout (10-15 seconds) or $249 per layout (5-30 seconds).

    If you've already purchased static designs, you only need to pay the difference.

  • We've created an easy-to-use Google Spreadsheet template for listing your menu categories, menu items, descriptions and prices.

    Download this Google Spreadsheet to your computer, fill it out and upload it below.

    Please use this method only. No pictures, handwritten or scanned menus. 🤗

    Tips for using the Google Spreadsheet:

    (a) Edit the tabs that match the hardware your menu will be displayed on.

    (b) List menu categories and items in the exact order you want them to appear.

    (c) Limit each board to 15 items for better visibility and legibility 

    (d) Menu categories and items in the Google Spreadsheet must match your POS exactly.

    (e) Keep descriptions under 75 characters (including spaces) so they fit neatly under each item.

    (f) If you're providing specific images to be used in your design, please upload those.

    (g) The specific images you send us must also be uploaded to your POS Dashboard by yourself. The specs for each image to upload to your dashboard are:

    200px X 200px (dimensions),

    A .PNG file with transparent background

    File size limit: no more than 400Kb.
