    Once form is completed, Jeweled Juice will contact you regarding payment as soon as possible via Instagram.
    Bottle or Payment is needed in order to start project.

  • Terms & Conditions 

    • Pick Up & Local Delivery only. No shipping
    • If delivery, fee will be added to total. Prices will vary depending on distance.
    • For  deposit, you may provide your bottle of choice OR send the equivalent payment of bottle 
    • If sending the equivalent payment, please note there is a $5 fee
    • If bottle is not provided, ID will need to be checked if person is 21+ upon pickup.
    • If someone else is picking up order, please make sure payment is sent before arrival.
    • Remaining balance is due upon pickup on all orders. (Please be payment ready upon arrival to ensure a quick transaction!)
    • Address will be sent day prior if order is to be picked-up from location.

    No Deposit=No Order
    Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE


    If by any chance Jeweled Juice is unable to finish order by chosen date without prior communication and/or new agreement, a full refund will be given.
    If in the event of Jeweled Juice not being able to complete a customized bottle, said bottle will not be returned if work has already commenced. But price of bottle would be refunded.
