Customer Responsibility & Liability Waiver
By requesting service from SimpTech, you (the Customer) agree to the following:
Access & Safety: You will provide a safe, clean, and accessible area for our technician to work. If unsafe conditions are present, we may need to cancel or reschedule service.
Accurate Information: You agree to share all important details about your device, network, or installation area—like hidden wires or past repairs. We are not responsible for damage caused by things we weren’t informed about.
Data Backup: Please back up your data before service. SimpTech is not responsible for any lost data or files.
Someone Must Be Present: A responsible adult over the age 18 must be present on-site.
Proper Use After Service: After we complete service, you’re responsible for using the equipment properly. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, tampering, or neglect.
Limited Liability: SimpTech is not responsible for indirect or accidental damage, data loss, or any losses beyond the cost of the service provided.
Indemnity: You agree not to hold SimpTech responsible for damages, claims, or legal fees that may result from not following these terms.
