Event Setup: Move items from the festival office to the Galaxy Theatre. Set up tables, supplies, backdrops, etc. on Thursday, September 24.Theatre Manager: Manage operations in the theatre assigned and introduce the film and filmmakers using a microphone. (Script to be provided.) The manager does not moderate the Q&A sessions.Theater Support: Count guests, distribute programs, help seat guests, and clean the assigned theatre.Moderator: Facilitate post-screening Q&A sessions with filmmakers, featured guests, and audience members.Greeter: Greet guests in the theatre lobby, answer questions, and direct guests to the theatres. (This task requires standing during the shift.)Event Teardown: Remove tables, table coverings, and supplies. Pack and return items to the festival office on Sunday, September 27.Filmmaker Dispatch Coordinator: Manage and schedule the volunteer drivers for the filmmaker shuttle service September 24-27.Filmmaker Shuttle Driver: Transport filmmakers to/from the theatre, hotels, and events September 24-27. Drivers must have a current Washington State Driver's License, insurance, and a clean, safe vehicle.

Volunteer Liability Waiver
As a volunteer for the Gig Harbor Film Festival (GHFF), I have read and agree to the following Release, Hold Harmless, and Indemnity Agreement:
- The GHFF, its employees, officers, and agents shall not be liable for an injury, including death, damages, or liability to any persons and/or agencies for damages to the property regardless of how such injury or damages caused, sustained, or alleged to have been sustained by the volunteer or by others as a result of any coordination or occurrence whatsoever related to this event.
- The volunteer will follow all laws and safety rules and regulations pertaining to GHFF venues and private vehicles.
- If a volunteer causes an injury to another volunteer, the GHFF will not be responsible for the conduct of that volunteer or the injury of the volunteer who was injured.
- Photographic Release: I grant and convey to the GHFF all right, title, and interests in any and all photographs, images, videos, or audio recordings of me or my likeness or voice made by the GHFF in connection with my volunteer-provided services.
- The volunteer agrees that this Release, Hold Harmless, and Indemnity Agreement shall be binding on this date.
