2025 Private Hours Pool Party Contract

Prices & Hours:

Members - $200 for the first 2 hours; $100 for each additional hour

Non-Members - $350 for the first 2 hours; $100 for each additional hour

Lifeguard Information:

All prices include two Lifeguards (50 total attendees). If you require a 3rd or 4th lifeguard, then you will be required to pay an additional $15 per hour/ per guard.

**Note: Parties with more than 50 total attendees (this includes non-swimmers as well) are required to pay for extra Lifeguards. 

 Total attendees: 51-75 (One extra Lifeguard needed)

                         76-100 (Two extra Lifeguards needed)

Those having parties for young children are encouraged to add a Lifeguard (even for small parties) for added safety. 

Deposits:

To secure your party date/time, you must complete a Pool Party Contract and pay at least half of the pool rental fee and deposit of $100. If only half the party fee is paid, then the other half is due no later than seven days before the party or the renter forfeits their fees paid, deposit, and party date.

Cancellations:

For cancellations made at least two weeks in advance, fees and deposits will be refunded. In the event that no property damage occurs and all debris is properly cleared, a refund of the deposit will be issued.

 

 

 

PARTY PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS: 

1. Any property damage will be immediately reported to a Board Member.

2. No drugs, alcohol, smoking, or vaping will be allowed anywhere on the premises.

3. No glass containers are allowed within the gates of the pool.

4. The host will be held accountable for leaving the premises clean. The host is required to place all trash in the trash cans provided. The Lifeguards are responsible for taking the trash to the dumpster.

5.  A copy of the pool rules has been attached to this contract. The hosts signing this contract acknowledge receipt and understanding of these rules. Please ensure that the guests are made aware of these safety rules, as the host is ultimately responsible for the actions and conduct of their guests on our premises.

• No glass containers of any kind are allowed in the pool area.
• Smoking or vaping of any substance, including tobacco and marijuana, is not allowed in the pool area. Violators may be asked to leave, and the party will be canceled. 
• For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, alcohol is not allowed in or around the pool area. Anyone in possession of alcohol will be asked to leave, and the party will be canceled. 
  No running, pushing, wrestling, dunking, water fighting, or causing undue disturbance in or about the pool area.
• No pets are allowed within the enclosed pool area.
• Admission shall be refused to anyone with skin abrasions, colds, coughs, inflamed eyes, infections, or wearing bandages.
• Use of the kiddie pool shall be limited to children under six years of age.
• An adult must accompany children under ten years of age.
• The use of beach balls is permissible. Other types of balls that are soft may be permissible at the discretion of the lifeguard. Tennis balls, soccer balls, and footballs are NOT permitted.
• Ball playing in the pool will be limited to areas designated by the lifeguard.
• Continuation of ball playing will be left to the discretion of the lifeguard. Keep away type ball games are not permissible.
• Noodles are allowed, unless misused. They are made to float on only.
  If the lifeguard is misused, the lifeguard has the right to remove the noodle from the pool.
• The diving board will be used properly according to the posted rules at the pool.
• Anything else that poses a safety risk at the lifeguard's discretion.
