Entrepreneurs in Residence (EIRs) vs. Expert Advisors
EIRs serve as our lead mentors. Each EIR is paired with a WHIN member organization and meets with them quarterly to assess progress, identify needs, and offer strategic support. EIRs also help connect teams with the right Expert Advisors as specific challenges arise. EIRs are highlighted on our website and play an integral role in shaping the experience of our member companies. Expert Advisors are experienced professionals who we call on as needed to provide targeted, high-impact guidance in their area of expertise—whether that’s product development, regulatory strategy, marketing, fundraising, or another key area.
