    Overview

    This year, we are offering several different programs for our children's faith formation and sacramental preparation on Sundays and Wednesdays.  All children participating in our programs must be baptized.     

    Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (Sundays) - Montessori-style catechsis for children in PreK4 and K (Sunday mornings only).

    Families of Faith (Sundays and Wednesdays) - Family catechesis (at least one parent must attend with child) for all children beginning in 1st grade.  This program is open to all families but is required for two years in order for child to receive First Reconciliation and First Communion in the 2nd grade or older for those not attending a Catholic school or a Catholic home school program.  Please note that there will also include a half-day Saturday First Communion retreat the year the child receives the sacraments.

    Confirmation Preparation (Sundays and Wednesdays) - Preparation for children beginning in 7th grade who have not received the sacrament of Confirmation (two years are required for reception of Confirmation at the end of the 8th grade or later for those not attending a Catholic school or Catholic home school program).  Please note that there will also be a day-long Saturday retreat (two options - dates TBD). Children who have not yet received baptism and/or First Reconciliation and First Communion may not register for Confirmation Preparation.  Rather, they should register for Families of Faith.

    *We have attempted to align the times for most of our programs so that the entire family can attend faith formation programs at the same time and, on Sundays, attend Mass together as well.  On Sundays and Wednesdays, we will also be offering Youth Ministry Programs for our teens.  Please visit our Youth Ministry webpage here to register for those programs.

    Please complete each section below as completely and accurately as possible. Once you have completed registration and submitted payment, you will receive confirmation of registration and payment from the CFF office to the email address you enter below.  There is a $150 registration fee per family which can be paid by credit or debit card, CashApp, or Afterpay (4 installments of $37.50).  If you are unable to pay online, please enter CASH in the coupon code box, and you will receive an invoice by email on how to pay by cash. If you are unable to pay the registration fee and need assistance, please email Ana Muina in our office at anam@stcatherinercc.org.

    • Emergency Medical Treatment Release: In the event of an emergency, by initialing below, I hereby give permission to transport my child(ren) to a hospital for emergency medical attention and grant permission for non-prescription medications to be given, if deemed appropriate.  (Any prescription medication to be given must be accompanied by a physician’s prescription or a parent note which should be provided separately).  I wish to be advised prior to any further treatment by the doctor and hospital.  If you are unable to reach me, my spouse, or the other designated guardian, contact the Backup Emergency Contact above.

      Credit Card - allows you to make a one-time payment using your credit or debit card.

      CashApp - allows you to make a one-time payment using your CashApp account.

      Afterpay - allows you to make four separate payments of $37.50 over a period of six weeks.
